According to the Realtors board, home sales in Citrus county has started to increase . This is a start, hopping to keep up. Which means that all the listings in Citrus should start selling. It will , most likely take a while to sell all the homes. The prices should start to increase then.
As I said, this is a start. Or is it wishful thinking. I will keep you posted on this.
